Booking & Reservations
How do I make a reservation?
You can book directly through our website, by calling us, or by sending a message through our contact form. Booking direct ensures you get our best rates.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. The deposit amount will be automatically calculated and displayed during the booking process before you complete your reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests who cancel their reservation at least 30 days before their scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival may be subject to fees and are not eligible for a full refund. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your reservation.
Do you offer discounts for extended stays?
Yes! Guests who book a stay of more than 4 nights automatically receive a 10% discount on their reservation. It's our way of helping you enjoy a longer, more relaxing getaway at a great value.
Your stay
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, giving our team time to prepare your accommodations for a comfortable stay. Check-out is at 11:00 AM on your departure day. If you need special arrangements, please contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome at Osage Resort! A pet fee of $40 for one pet or $50 for two pets will apply. If you plan to bring more than two pets, please contact us before booking to discuss accommodations.
For the comfort of all guests and to help keep our units in great condition, pets must be kenneled when left unattended. Pets are also not permitted on furniture. If there is evidence that pets have been on the furniture, an additional cleaning fee may be charged. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for everyone.
Is smoking allowed in the units?
No. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all resort units. To help maintain a clean, comfortable environment for all guests, any evidence of smoking inside a unit will result in additional fees. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Do you provide WiFi?
Yes! All guests have access to our high-speed fiber Wi-Fi throughout their stay. Wi-Fi information, including the network name and password, can be found in your welcome booklet upon arrival.
What should I bring for my stay?
Our units are fully furnished and stocked with many of the essentials you'll need for a comfortable stay. We recommend bringing personal items, toiletries, medications, groceries, and anything you'd like for enjoying the lake and local attractions.
If you're planning a longer stay, you may want to pick up additional groceries and supplies during your visit. Conveniently, a local supermarket is located directly across the street and is within easy walking distance of the resort.

What amenities are included?
Guests can enjoy a variety of complimentary amenities during their stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry facilities, a children's playground, outdoor pool, hot tub, outdoor grills, picnic tables, and outdoor seating areas.
Units 1–4 also feature convenient access to a personal patio and seating area directly through the back door, providing a great space to relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Yes! We provide free parking for all resort guests and visitors. Parking is available both in front of and behind the units for your convenience.
If you're bringing a boat or trailer, please park it in the designated rear parking lot. We kindly ask all guests to be courteous and mindful of others, as parking space is limited during busy times.

We kindly ask all guests to be courteous and mindful of others, as parking space is limited during busy times. This helps ensure everyone has convenient access to their unit and a pleasant stay.
Is there grills or fire pits?
Yes! Guests can enjoy a community fire pit located behind the units near the hot tub, providing a great place to relax and gather in the evenings.
Each unit also includes access to a grill and outdoor seating area, making it easy to enjoy meals and spend time outdoors during your stay.
Are linens and towels provided?
Yes! Fresh linens, bath towels, and basic essentials are included with your stay for your convenience.
NOTE: Please note that guests must provide their own pool and swim towels, as unit towels are not permitted at the pool, hot tub, or other outdoor areas. Use of unit towels outdoors will result in an additional fee. For the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, swim diapers are required for all non-potty-trained children.
Is there any onsite staff?
No, we do not have on-site staff. We want our guests to enjoy a peaceful, private stay and feel as comfortable as they would at home.

Policies
Do you allow events or large gatherings?
Yes! We welcome family gatherings, reunions, and other group events. If you're planning a larger gathering, please contact us in advance so we can help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
We simply ask that all guests remain respectful and courteous of others staying at the resort, especially during quiet hours.
What is your occupancy policy?
Most of our units can accommodate up to 6 adults comfortably. Our largest unit, The Lodge, can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it a great option for larger families and groups.
Please ensure that the number of guests in your reservation matches the number staying in the unit. If you have questions about occupancy limits or need assistance choosing the right accommodation, feel free to contact us.
Do you have any quiet hours?
Yes. To ensure all guests can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay, quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily.
We kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum during these hours and be respectful of others staying at the resort.
What happens if I arrive late?
No problem! You're welcome to arrive at any time after check-in begins. Since your reservation is secured for your stay, a late arrival will not affect your booking.
